When: Wednesday, Sept. 22nd from 5:00- 8:30pm

Where: Front Page, Dupont Circle

What: Happy hour and raffle for a wonderful cause-- the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University.

Why: As you know, we’re training to run the Marine Corps Marathon in October and have committed to collectively raise $4,000 for the Lombardi Center. It’s a cause that’s close to our hearts, so we’d be really grateful for your support!

The Deal: The folks at Front Page have been gracious enough to offer us space, specials, and support for this event. Our attendees (you) will pay a $5 cover upon entering, which will entitle you to a wristband and extended happy hour until 8:00 (normal happy hour ends at 7:00). It will also include one raffle ticket; additional raffle tickets will be $1 each.

There will be tons of great prizes, including gift certificates for dinners, massages, merchandise, and gym workouts We’ll hold the raffle at 8:00—and though we’re hoping you’ll still be there, you need not be present to win.

The Food & Drink:
5:00- 8:00 $2.75 drafts, wine, and rail drinks
5:00- 7:00 ½ price appetizers
7:00- close $3 Sam Adams
Note: Live music will start at 9:00, for any of you interested in sticking around.
