That's the great comfort about all this. As a Texan, I can assure you that all these other Texans in town for the festivities are very miserable. (And making ill-mannered cracks about the Yankee Land they think they're in.)

See, now, this is the thing that actually makes me *want* to go watch the festivities tomorrow. The sight of slack-jawed Bushies slipping and falling all over each other as the temperature drops down near their IQs.

One of my professors refers to driving on snow-packed roads in Charlottesville as a "Hobbesian war of all against all." I am inclined to expand that description to the D.C. Metro area as well.
