he is cute. but seriously? a vegetarian being intimidated by a meat eater then going off to buy a hummer? i don't think so. i also hate the timid soccer mom one. i might like the commercials if there were a better payoff. like they use the hummers to run over the people who were mean to them.
It is just showing that you can have your cake and eat it too. Who says that you have to care about the environment all the time? The ozone layer will be here for what, another 30 years...
My guess is that after the Hummer folks saw the minor backlash that Burger King's "I am man" commercial brought, they figured that they would play it safe and insult men instead.

Vehicle emmissions don't destroy ozone. In fact, it's emmissions that help create ground level ozone (although that is not a good thing). CFC's destroy atmospheric ozone. Apples and oranges.

The "Reclaim your manhood" ones? At least the guy is cute.

Athens is great. One of those towns that makes you wonder why you didn't go to school there. I highly recommend it.

Anyway, Hummers are bad, Athens is good.
I would love to get a copy of the Hummer "Manhood" video.
It's so disgusting, but it honestly illustrates the screwed-up values we have in our society so accurately.
