I suppose I shouldn't be the one to cast the first stone — I'm more guilty than most of turning hilarious-while-drunk-isms into websites. But the hilarity:effort ratio here seems pretty goddamn low.

You have to worry about anything that makes Paul's "It's the Tuna" idea look brilliant.
Turning a hilarious-while-drunk-ism into a website is one thing. Turning a hilarious-while-drunk-ism into a sort of weirdly inefficient pyramid scheme is something else entirely.
Yeah-it is pretty stupid. We knew it when we created it. However, I do think you are undersestimating the effort/hilarity ratio just a little bit. The kiss makes up for a lot.
Oh and thanks matt-I actually revised the witness section to include the phrase "weirdly inefficient pyramid scheme." I think that describes it perfectly.
