The great thing about this list is that it is actually written by one my best friend's crazy* ex-girlfriend.
*Not slamming her or anything, she did write a whole book about being OCD.

did he break up with her because of her OCD habits?
I'm still not exactly sure who broke up with whom, but I think it revolved more around the fact that he wanted to move away from San Francisco. I'm sure the OCD stuff didn't help!
