I'm sorry that the tutorial has been slightly delayed. The first entry has been living happily in Movable Type for a few days now, waiting for me to find time to test its contents on a Windows machine. Sadly, travel, work and Belgian beers have gotten in the way. Tonight looks to be pleasantly uneventful, though. I should be able to put something up this evening.

vmars is A FUCKING RERUN TONIGHT and i am going to fucking kill everybody at upn because it was SUPPOSED to be a new episode, but apparently last week's premiere of south beach crap bumped it a week. crap crap crap.

OK, if Veronica Mars is not playing tonight, you're off the hook.

isn't Lost on? or are we officially revoking its blogger cred?

Posted by: tom on January 18, 2006 03:07 PM

i think we should. can we start an official anti-lost blog meme?

Seriously, WTF was up with that smoke monster from last week? I swear the noise it made was that of an adding machine. Oooh! I'm scared now! Not an adding machine! Lame.

but I *liked* the smoke monster! Catherine thought that episode was stupid, but to me this finally got things back on the track toward weekly revelation.

Anyway, I like thinks that click and clank. They're second only to things that quietly hum.

I am so freaking offended that you DCist-centrists won't even acknowledge the potential fun a-brewin' at Mackey's tonight.

Insular jerks.

JK! BFFS!

sorry kathryn! I'm afraid I can't make it to tonight's happy hour, which is why I didn't post about it (this'll be my first evening at home since last wednesday -- at some point the clean clothes just run out). But I know some of the DCist folks will be there.

I don't know where Mackey's is.

Posted by: Kriston on January 18, 2006 05:25 PM
