Okay, did anyone else start to tear up when Bernard is discovered and asks about the well being of Rose? And he learns that Rose is alive and well!! I totally lost my shit in front of all my roommates. And they thought I was a freak before.

i did too! that whole last scene was so lovely, with everyone by the bonfire and peanut butter and rose and bernard...jj abrams is v. v. good at those kind of ending slo-mo with music overlaid scenes. sometimes they were the best part of a felicity episode.

I was pretty disappointed in this episode. Maybe it's because I was only half-paying attention to it as I tried to do some work.

Also, perhaps it speaks to misplaced priorities, but Jack getting sidetracked under the bunker was irritating. Yes yes, Kate in a towel, it's all very nice now would you GET TO THE ELECTROMAGNETISM PLEASE!!@#$

Finally, allow me to note that Beardo's earlobes don't seem to match in the photo you posted (the scientist's look connected; the Capn's aren't). But it's so blurry -- I donno. It's certainly an interesting possibility.
