oohs and ahhs
susan did the right thing when she picked oohs and aahs as her last american meal before heading out to georgia. tommy and i picked up some takeout tonight, and, as usual, it was delicious. their mac and cheese cannot be recommended highly enough. check it out on 10th and U streets NW.

i still haven't eaten there... i will have to correc that this weekend, i think. that photo just made me so hungry! i want that mac and cheese right now.
The thing about Ooohs and Aaahs is that they do it right from top to bottom. They just don't play around. One day I came in from the heat for some iced tea, and asked to make sure that he was giving me sweet tea. I mean, you can't find unsweetened tea in Texas at all, but I figured that the yankee liberal coastal elitist enclave resident of DC would demand incorrect tea. Oji looked at me like I'd insulted him, and I knew that I had. I don't plan on ever living too far from a place that knows how to make some damned iced tea.
(That's right, Tommy, I'm looking at you)
Kriston, I like sugar as much as the next guy. I just don't see the need to consume it in a brown, liquid form.
