she is 37-year old sonya thomas of alexandria, va., and she is the second-highest-ranked eater in the IFOCE (international federation of competitive eating, and yes, it exists). check out her totally awesome record:

Okay, since the pic is titled "eateateat" I initially assumed she was some sort of eating contest champion. However, you state that she's notorious, not famous... cannibal?
