for those who are interested in my maniacal baking, my DCist Baking In (cakelove cupcake style) is now up. yummy:

I feel compelled to mention that I just read the title of this post a moment ago, and instead of detecting the delightful pun, saw it as a creepy Silence of the Lambs-ism. Which I'm thinking is not what you had in mind.
