reasons five billion and five billion and one that the internets are awesome:

  • you can use them to order food from ben's chili bowl online. :!(!(!*@*!!!!^&&%!!? SO AWESOME.

  • you can use them to call out the assmunchers who stole your keg in columbia heights. that's right, you pig farkers: we BLOGGED about you. deal with it!

As a connoisseur of filthy/greasy food, I have to say that Ben's Chili Bowl is highly overrated. The burgers, dogs and fries are all about a C+. Five Guys burgers and fries are SO fucking much better and good hotdogs can be found on any street corner. I expect, however, Ben's will be rolling in dough as the U St. corridor continues to expand, because it's not like you're going to stop in to Alero at 2am and get some $20 fajitas.

The innovation that is needed is a way to have, delivered to your door, a Whopper with a side of McDonald's fries. I would pay good money for that. I'm convinced that by not offering that service, Kozmo.com ensured their eventual demise.

I hate you for pointing out the online ordering...I am seriously going to gain 50 lbs.

Naomi...Ben's is not open 24 hrs a day...close but closes around 4 am on weekends and around midnight other nights. (But Ben's is seriously so much better...so I get your point).
