Kings of leon

who's up for what?

Comments

I vote against Killers and Kings of Leon. The others I either don't know or like, so I could be talked into any of the remaining shows.

what's wrong with kings of leon? aren't they all cute and norwegian?

no, they're southern-rockin' brothers with a baptist minister father, influencing bands that spell their names with too many Y's, and sound like 70s-rock retreads. As far as I can tell CMJ picks bands to highlight based solely on how infrequently they wash their hair, allowing KOL to get a lot of buzz.

Alright, maybe I'm being unfair. I've only heard 3 or 4 songs off the first album, but they really didn't do it for me.

huh. i have no idea where i got the whole norwegian thing from, then. what band am i thinking of? it's kings of something...

ahha! kings of convenience. they are good. and norwegian.

I'm pretty down in theory for TV on the Radio and the Fiery Furnaces, but I've noticed that once the show day comes along I can almost never be convinced to go. It sucks to get old.
