ack. ACK. the june 9th wilco show at the 9:30 club is sold out. ACK. stupid italy.
where can i get scalped tickets?
update: q and not u is playing may 14 at the black cat. we should not let the wilco mistake be repeated. i would be happy to go and buy tix in advance, if anyone wants to come. additionally, the unicorns are playing the black cat june 6th, and that should be a priority. neko case june 15th as well, and pedro the lion june 16th.

the presale sold out in ONE MINUTE. as did the regular sale.
i got there at effin 10:07, and i was out of luck. also, unless you're willing to pay $75 a ticket, you might be out of luck.
how did this happen? i saw them last time around at the 9:30 club and there was absolutely no problem getting tickets.
YHF and the resulting critical acclaim hadn't arrived. The album had been out from their website and they were playing the songs, but they hadn't had a real release.
God, they can't start playing arenas can they?
