and we're back! a little fatter, a little drunker, a little europhile-r (if possible), and none worse for the wear. a great time was had on our trip, which was really less of a vacation and more of a ten day eating contest. i took somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 pictures (probably about 100 were flower pictures; i really went off the road there. and also about 20 are pictures of my old roommate natania setting up a schematic diagram with a remote control, three wurthers candies and a bobble-head jesus to explain a wild night at a milan bar) so those will be forthcoming, and i'm sure you're all thrilled.

anyway, time for a shower (getting back to my clean shower-a-day american ways); an espresso (while still clinging desperately to the italy-in-virginia lifestyle); and a big old nap (laziness is trans-atlantic). photos to come subito!
