i am freaking out over all the options of digital cameras out there. i just got a fairly big tax refund, which essentially covers my plane ticket to italy plus a little extra, so i can afford a camera for $350 or under.
someone just tell me what to buy, please, and make it easier for me.

I'm in a similar boat myself, looking to pick up a camera before my trip to Greece in May. Let me know if you find out anything.
I found my hp 850 (?--it's 4 megapixels)in the bottom rack of the camera section at walmart. it was originally 350, but since it was the display model, i only paid 150. it's pretty decent...but i would like a panoramic option in mine.
