you know what i think we should do? YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK?
we should do some pub trivia contest quiz thingies in d.c.
yes! we did them once upon a time in charlottesville, and they were pretty fun, even though we never won, not even once, or came close to winning, or won for our name, or got a question right.
but seriously. there are a lot of dumb people in washington. i think we could take some of them on. there might be some in arlington, too.
does anyone know of any?
i really think if we assembled a crack team we could be a pretty formidable force. we got mad knowledge of everything from star trek (sadly) to fashion designers (also kind of sadly).

well, my doesn't, but we do go to Fado's pub quiz on Monday nights. it's stumbling distance from the gallery place/chinatown metro.

A few years ago, I was at Ireland's Four Provinces Restaurant and Pub on West Broad Street in Falls Church and they had a pub quiz. From looking at their website (www.irelandsfourprovinces.com), it doesn't look like a regular event. But it is a regular event on Wednesday nights at the one in DC on Connecticut Ave in NW.
